Row 2 (Wrong Side): P1, K2, (P2, K2) repea ( ) until last 3 sts, P3.

Bind Off all sts in ribbing manner. Next, fold the workpiece together where the purl side is facing you and knit side is folded inside. By using crochet hook, seam each side by joining the last sts from each side together. This will produce a neat seamed. When done seam, bring out the knit side and fold purl side back inside. You will now have your hat! What we need to do next is to make it look more cuter by attaching a flower.
