(By adding 1 Sts every right side row before and after K2 with yarn over as how Row 7, continue knitting in this manner by increasing 8 Sts on the right side, and purl all stitches on the wrong side, until you get 180 sts as total before dividing for sleeves – As total, you will get 32 rows from cast on.

Dividing for sleeves:
Row 33: K29, move the next 36 stitches for sleeves onto stitch holder, continue knitting 50 sts, again move the next 36 sts for second sleeves onto stitch holder, knit the next last 29 sts.   Turn, Purl all stitches..
Body (you will have 108 stitches, 6 waves):
Now, leave the sleeves aside, continue knitting the body as follow:
Old Shale Pattern Stitch (Multiple 18 Sts), starting with Right Side (Odd row), and Wrong Side (Even row)
       Number 1:      (K2tog x 3), *[(YO, K1) x 6 times, (K2tog x 6 times)]* continue * to * for 5 times more) until the last 6 stitches, k2tog x 3 times.

Continue knitting no. 1-4 repeatedly until your desired length (or until you have 11-13 ridges), then knit No1, turn, bind off (BO). ***You can also repeat 3-4 one more time if you want the old shale stitch to look a bit bigger.
Sleeves (using Magic Loop Technique) x make 2 ( You may place a marker to point your start at the beginning of your row):
Pick up 1 Sts under armhole, move all 36 Sts to needles, pick up another 1 Sts under armhole, you will have 38 sts as total. Divide 38 Sts into two sections (18-18), knit all stitches using magic loop technique until your desired length or at least about 30 rows. Then, on the last round, PURL all the stitches, then Bind Off. This is to ensure that the sleeve doesn’t roll up. Repeat for second sleeve.
Button Band:
Pick Up 32 stitches at the edge of both right front and left front side (from cast on row) by making 2 x 2 ribbing (refer note).  For button hole, make 4 button holes on the left side with 1- 1 ½ cm gap between holes. Continue ribbing until you have 8 rows, then bind off. Below is detail instruction.
Pick up 32 sts ( or you may also pick up from the bottom to cast on row as how you desired but only to make sure that the numbers of your pick up stitch are equal to Ribbing 2 x 2 count).
Row 1: (k2, p2) Repeat ( ) till end.
