Note:
1. The first slip stitch always on the first chain of chain 3 every round.
2. If you need to get smaller size than this, you can change the size of hook and yarn weight. I recommend you to use 4.00mm hook with DK light weight yarns to achieve the size of 1 to 2 years old. If you need to make for a baby of 1 year below, you may skip Row 9 and 10 or used sport weight yarns with 3.50 mm size of hook.
3. You will notice that the back side of this dress will gives a bit of ruffle look, The ruffle shape at the back side was designed intentionally. However, it was not decided which side will be front and back when i was making this, honestly. Since both side produce different design, so, you can decide which side you will love it to be at the front or back.
